Paula Beadle is the Founder and President of Caravel Marketing. With vast and varied marketing experience, Paula has been at the helm of the sponsorship industry for over two decades. Her insight and expertise has guided many organizations through uncharted territory. Paula is a creative and critical thinking catalyst, thoughtful architect of strategic plans, facilitator of valued partnerships, and trailblazer of industry best practices.
Throughout her career Paula has thrived in leadership positions at Washington Mutual, Clear Channel Communications, and the Minnesota Vikings. She is a performance-driven trailblazer, with an established record of increasing revenue and improving performance. She spearheads, develops, and manages progressive marketing initiatives, generates incremental revenue, and skillfully coaches thriving sales teams, executives and boards alike. Paula has helped countless organizations discover, establish, and exceed their goals.
In her leisure time, Paula can often be found navigating the waters of the Pacific Northwest with her family, hiking long trails, or perfecting her swing on the golf course.

Brian’s professional career started in Denver, Colorado working for the Denver Nuggets in 1994. He held a variety of season ticket and corporate partnership positions including Vice President, Sponsorship and Advertising sales for the Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, McNichols Arena and Pepsi Center.
From 2001-2003, he served as the Vice President of Sales for Pikes Peak International Raceway in Fountain, Colorado, before making his way to Seattle, Washington where he worked for the Seattle Seahawks, CenturyLink Field, WaMu Theater and Sounders FC as Director of Sales for Corporate Partnerships. Brian was promoted to Managing Director of Corporate Partnerships for the Seahawks and Sounders FC in 2013 and became Vice President of Business Development in 2014. In each of these capacities, he was directly responsible for new revenue and partnership growth, as well as partner amplification, satisfaction and retention.
Brian has served on the board of directors for the Seattle Sports Commission and Communities in Schools of Washington, and was part of the Executive Leadership Team for the 2016 Seattle Heart Walk. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Tulane University. Brian is an avid golfer, and lives in Lake Forest Park with his wife and daughter.

She has expertise in advertising, sponsorship and promotions, and entertainment marketing.
Janell is a tenacious and disciplined manager of business development. Her specialization in comprehensive, partnership-centered strategy begins with clear analysis of needs and challenges, which empowers a holistic development of ideas and produces powerful campaigns & creative initiatives. Janell has worked with, for and alongside companies like Disney, Colgate-Palmolive, Microsoft, Ronald McDonald House, Woodland Park Zoo, Sound Transit, Emmis Communications, Maritz Travel and the Seattle Thunderbirds.
Janell was born and raised in Indiana, spent time traveling through Europe, South America and the South Pacific, but loves calling the Pacific Northwest home. You will find her digging in her garden on Bainbridge Island, kayaking, hiking the Grand Forest trails, and endlessly remodeling her home with her husband. She is the proud parent of her just-graduated-from-UW daughter.

Sherry Clarke began working with the Caravel Marketing team in 2013 and serves as Lead Graphic Designer and Brand Advisor. Sherry thrives where she is planted! This includes over ten years working in corporate, consumer, and non-profit environments, as well as operating her design firm; Clarke Adworks.
Sherry has designed for the Washington State Fair and Flow International Corporation. She has also produced graphic designs for Susan G. Komen Puget Sound, the Seattle Center, and Eastern Washington University. Sherry is acutely tuned-in to regional interests and aesthetics.
Sherry’s portfolio runs deep. Traditional print design. Outdoor and experiential design. Presentation and sponsorship proposal design. Digital design. Logo and identity development. Product branding. Not only is she experienced at designing to capture the interest of distinct audiences, she also has the smarts and sensitivity to develop strategy and tactics appropriate for achieving precise marketing goals. Sherry has played a key role in rebranding two corporate organizations. Brand strategy, planning, creative direction, and graphic design are all in her wheelhouse.
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Sherry enjoys running and playing tennis. At home, she impersonates gourmet chefs in the kitchen with her husband, and endlessly chases her young children.

Murrow College of Communication at Washington State University. Lindsey also minored in environmental science at WSU, nurturing her passion for sustainability and informing her thinking in any field. She brings valuable experience in fundraising and event planning to Caravel Marketing, but her wit and smarts are her most valued qualities, as she turns up the fun for everyone engaged with Caravel.
Raised in Minnesota, Lindsey has found her home in the Pacific Northwest where she now gratefully enjoys hiking, boating, and yoga year round.

Amy lands at Caravel Marketing as our Senior Online Marketing and Sponsorship Consultant. Amy has charted her career by developing digital strategies that provide companies with visibility and technology integration in both the B2B and B2C sectors. She has ascended the ranks in the Fair industry, serving in key roles in Public Relations, Sponsorship and Web Marketing Management for the Washington State Fair. From the ground up, Amy built digital marketing programs, website strategies, social media plans, and e-ticketing programs.
Amy focuses her expertise on digital marketing and the web, including email marketing, banner display, search engine optimization, paid search advertising, content strategy, and technology integration. She has cultivated strategies for Princess Lodges, Washington Health Benefit Exchange, Kenmore Air, Click Cable TV, Washington Athletic Club, and the City of Gresham, Oregon.
Amy has a bird’s eye view. She weaves the strands together to form comprehensive programs that integrate both online and offline. She has been foundational to the implementation of technology infrastructure that marry on-site processes with web-based software solutions. Her resume also includes a flight as Senior Project Manager for a cloud-based box office and ticketing software solution, and Director of Web Strategy for a digital agency. She is savvy purveyor of technology and digital marketing strategies that amplify visibility, propel business growth, and assimilate disparate processes. She hones in on what matters!
A dedicated Washingtonian; Amy enjoys gardening, sunshine, and afternoons on the water. She loves to travel when her two children aren’t keeping her busy with soccer games and art classes. In what passes as their free time, Amy and her husband tackle innumerable DIY projects to upgrade their home in Puyallup.
