Scope of Work:
Caravel Marketing was retained from 2014 to 2016 to create integrated sponsorship programs and secure new sponsors for the Oregon State Fair.
We initially developed a detailed sponsorship plan that included a SWOT assessment, review of current assets and benefits, and suggested pricing guidelines. Caravel then developed new sponsorship tools including presentation materials, a prospect database, prospect letters and contract templates. We also outlined and implemented industry best practices to set clear expectations and ensure smooth execution of the sponsorship programs.

Results:
Sponsorship revenue has increased 200% in three years. Beyond delivering triple-digit revenue growth, Caravel also helped Oregon State Fair
re-prioritize, re-package, re-price program elements to provide more value for sponsors and Fair visitors.
