Challenge
In 2017, Evergate Stables acquired the Paris Panthers, a Global Champions League (GCL) show jumping team. The potential for the Paris Panthers to partner with corporate sponsors to support the future growth of the team and the league was swiftly realized, as was the need for support to develop sponsorship strategies and to lead the efforts.

Solution
As the upcoming GCL season quickly approached, Caravel determined the Paris Panthers’ marketing assets and the value of those assets. Resources, best practices and potential partners were identified. A pilot sponsorship program was launched and Caravel tested strategies in real time to inform immediate and future initiatives.

Outcome
Caravel supported a successful sponsorship effort for the Paris Panthers’ 2017 season. A variety of tools and materials were created to aid in the sponsorship and sales process, and the Caravel team secured three high-profile partners for the Paris Panthers in a matter of weeks—Lululemon, Maui Jim and Netjets. Ongoing support and activation of sponsor programs has also been provided.
