Scope of Work:
Caravel Marketing provided strategic guidance for sponsorship and fundraising needed to support the grand opening of the world’s longest floating bridge – the SR 520. Our work with WSDOT expanded into multiple phases including securing media partners, launching a sponsorship and fundraising effort, securing sponsors, creating presentation and communication materials, and developing activation processes.

Results:
Within a limited timeframe, Caravel Marketing led a sponsorship, fundraising, and media effort that exceeded the revenue goal and brought together an unprecedented sponsor group that included partnerships with Microsoft, Delta Airlines, Virginia Mason, University of Washington, Coca-Cola, HDR, Kiewit-General-Manson, Parson Brinckerhoff, Schneider Electric and PCL.
