As the founder of an event sponsorship agency, she has been a featured speaker at leading national conferences, participated on advisory boards, conducted interviews on industry best practices and facilitated countless strategic planning, creative thinking and sales training sessions. She is a results-driven trailblazer, with a proven record of creating order out of chaos. By developing and managing innovative sponsorship initiatives, generating incremental revenue, and successfully coaching thriving teams, executives and boards, Paula has helped numerous organizations discover and achieve their goals.

Paula is a nature enthusiast and often can be found navigating the waters of the Pacific Northwest with her family, hiking one of the many trails, or perfecting her swing on the golf course.


Michael Kithcart, Chief Strategy Officer – Michael’s LinkedIn Profile

Michael is a leader in working with organizations and teams to develop strategic sponsorship marketing initiatives that meet and exceed her clients’ goals. A master facilitator, revenue generator, team builder and vision activator, she most recently served as vice president of sales and event sponsorship for iHeartMedia in Minneapolis, Minnesota where she led, coached and trained teams that exceeded sales and sponsorship goals. Throughout her career, Michael has transformed organizations, created new departments, organized startups and enhanced the effectiveness of individuals and teams. Previous roles have included chief operations officer, marketing strategist, consultant, coach and performance coach to top executives and entrepreneurs.

Michael’s international development and women’s empowerment interests have provided opportunities for her to consult and conduct fieldwork to support social entrepreneurs in Haiti, Africa, India and Nepal


Teri Bellamy, Chief Financial Officer – Teri’s LinkedIn Profile

Teri brings to Caravel high level executive finance experience from her early career at Big Four accounting firms. More recently, she served as the CFO for Seattle health care innovator, Carena, and as the financial director for local nonprofits, Center for Courage and Renewal, and SeaShare. Teri specializes in providing financial strategy, financial accounting, tax accounting, cash management and financial systems development. As a co-facilitator of Pathwise Leadership Development programs, she also provided leadership expertise to businesses moving through various stages of growth.  Teri serves as Caravel’s Chief Financial Officer, where she provides financial and HR strategy and oversight.

Teri has served on the boards of Hospice of Kitsap County, Bainbridge Graduate Institute and Bainbridge Artisan Resource Network. She has served as adjunct faculty at Bainbridge Graduate Institute/Pinchot University teaching first year MBA students accounting and finance. She has two grown children, lives on Bainbridge Island with her partner Ken, and loves to sail.


Brian Jones, Strategic Partnership Consultant – Brian’s LinkedIn Profile

Brian’s professional career started in Colorado working for the Denver Nuggets. He held a variety of season ticket and corporate partnership positions including vice president of sponsorship and advertising sales for the Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, McNichols Arena and Pepsi Center. He later served as the vice president of sales for Pikes Peak International Raceway in Fountain, Colorado, before making his way to Seattle, Washington where he worked as director of sales for corporate partnerships for the Seattle Seahawks, CenturyLink Field, WaMu Theater and Sounders FC. Brian was promoted to managing director of corporate partnerships for the Seahawks and Sounders FC and then VP of business development. He was directly responsible for new revenue and partnership growth, as well as partner amplification, satisfaction and retention.

Additionally, Brian has served on the board of directors for the Seattle Sports Commission and Communities in Schools of Washington, and was part of the executive leadership team for the 2016 Seattle Heart Walk. Brian is an avid golfer and lives in Lake Forest Park with his wife and daughter.


Amy Stillman, Senior Digital & Sponsorship Marketing Consultant – Amy’s LinkedIn Profile

Amy has charted her career by developing digital strategies that provide companies with visibility and technology integration in both the B2B and B2C sectors. Amy focuses her expertise on digital marketing and the web, including email marketing, banner display, search engine optimization, paid search advertising, content strategy and technology integration. She weaves the strands together to form comprehensive programs that integrate both online and offline platforms to help Caravel’s clients realize the advantages of sponsorship marketing. She is savvy purveyor of technology and digital marketing strategies that integrate seamlessly into sponsorship programs while amplifying visibility, propelling business growth and assimilating disparate processes.

A dedicated Washingtonian, Amy enjoys gardening, sunshine and afternoons on the water. She loves to travel when her two children aren’t keeping her busy with soccer games and art classes. In what passes as their free time, Amy and her husband tackle innumerable DIY projects to upgrade their home in Puyallup.


Chris Olsen, Senior Marketing & Communications Consultant – Chris’ LinkedIn Profile

After working as a broadcast media marketer and brand journalist for more than a decade, Chris began leveraging her behind-the-scenes media expertise as a marketing and communications consultant to nonprofits and mid-sized organizations. A strategic storyteller and an inspired graphic designer, Chris works closely with clients to understand, articulate, illustrate and elevate their brand and sales stories. Her areas of expertise include branding, content development, copywriting, blogging, ghostwriting, technical writing and presentation/web/social media graphics.

A native of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Chris now enjoys life in the country surrounded by organic veggie gardens and her art teacher partner’s overflowing pottery studio. She spends her free time writing (her first book is currently a work in progress), and volunteering as a youth mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters.


Carol Garza, Partnership Manager – Carol’s LinkedIn Profile

Carol brings a wealth of partnership and event marketing experience and expertise to the table, most recently in consumer engagement for a national advertising agency. Her clients included Amazon, Southwest Airlines, Delta Dental of Washington and Seattle Foundation. Her work with Amazon included event partnerships for the grand opening of The Spheres, the first ever Nonprofit Expo with Seattle Foundation, and the Women’s Entrepreneurship Conference for Amazon Marketplace. Carol previously worked as the events and promotions manager for the Downtown Seattle Association. Prior to that, she was a lead contributor to the creative services team at KOMO 4 TV in Seattle, Washington, where she received two regional Emmy Awards for marketing campaign contributions.

Carol has a Masters in Communication in Digital Media from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Journalism from Central Washington University. She was named Alumni of the Year in 2011 from the Communications Department for her accomplishments in the community that embody CWU’s mission of fostering citizenship.


Lindsey Kemkes, Sponsorship Specialist – Lindsey’s LinkedIn Profile

Lindsey is well known for her vivacious personality and sense of humor. She joined Caravel in 2016, bringing valuable expertise in fundraising and event planning to the team.
