Sponsorship Strategic Planning, Representation, and Consulting

Caravel Marketing was retained by Fred Hutch to develop new strategies and internal systems to support their signature community bike riding event Obliteride. The work began by supporting Fred Hutch’s Development Team through Sponsorship 101 consulting, sales trainings, and developing a fundraising toolkit. Fred Hutch lacked effective systems for managing, tracking, and selling sponsorship. Caravel worked to established best practices, create internal systems and processes for tracking activity, and developed sponsorship activation plans. Caravel assessed then developed new sponsorship levels, assets and inventory systems. Additionally, Caravel facilitated an advisory group of corporate ambassadors to develop strategies to increase participation and financial support for their corporate ridership program.
