In 2014, after being owned and operated by the state park district, a new organization was formed to produce the Oregon State Fair and operate its annual event center. The new business model presented a need to develop a new strategy to attract sponsors and increase sponsorship revenue.

Caravel conducted a thorough assessment that included a SWOT analysis, review of sales materials and current assets, and an evaluation of sales processes and internal systems. Caravel established goals and timelines, recommended best practices and implemented systems and processes. Caravel’s partnership with the organization resulted in a nearly 400 percent revenue growth over the span of 5 years.
