The annual non-profit Seafair Festival spans ten weeks and touches more than two million people through 7 signature events and over 25 sanctioned community events. In the initial phase, Caravel conducted an assessment of Seafair’s sponsorship initiative and submitted an insights and recommendations report, which identified key strategies to guide sponsorship planning. In the next phase, Caravel was retained to support Seafair’s efforts maximize sponsorship revenue, strengthen sponsor relations, help establish value of a community partnership with Seafair, and improve systems and processes.
