Special Olympics Washington enlisted the services of Caravel to focus on strategic planning and team development. After an assessment phase, that included developing a sponsorship plan framework and strengths discovery, it was determined that an annual operating plan was needed. Additionally, identifying specific team and individual goals to support the sponsorship program was necessary for long-term sustainability. Through a collaborative approach, Caravel worked alongside the SOWA team to develop a revenue development plan. The process included thorough revenue assessment, facilitated interviews and discovery sessions, then formalizing the plan. Caravel then began the work of executing sponsorship sales and revenue development.
