Revenue Development and Sponsorship Representation
Caravel was retained to lead the revenue development efforts to achieve a revenue goal of $16.4 million for the Special Olympics 2018 USA Games.
Caravel recommended a revised packaging and pricing strategy to better distinguish various levels of sponsorship, as well as a new sales approach and process to differentiate between a sponsorship sales effort and a philanthropic fundraising effort. New sponsorship sales materials were created to better reflect the organization and the opportunities available. The collaborative effort achieved the goal and the USA Games were a tremendous success, establishing a new standard for Special Olympics.
